All of these products feature a 3x1 inch Mooney logo either hand-carved or stamped into the leather and hand-painted in red, black, and silver at no charge. Other painting and carving may be optional - see product descriptions.

This is our introductory line. We hope to add more products to this shortly.

I now have a laser-generated Mooney logo stamp that allows me to create a very accurate reproduction of the Mooney logo in leather. The key fob and red luggage tag photos you see on this page were made before I had the stamp, and they were hand-traced, which explains why they look less "crisp" than the other logos you see here. Most everything that is made with a 3 inch wide logo will be done with the laser-generated stamp now, while anything larger will be traced onto the leather and hand-cut.

Shipping is extra and based on time frame desired.

All these items are made by hand (NOT in a sweatshop in Guadalajara either) and require a substantial amount of labor to craft them, during which time we could be out flying a Mooney! But hey, what can we say? We're addicted to the wonderful aroma of raw leather.

We have a certain number of leather pieces cut and pre-punched for us by an outside manufacturer, but we are switching over to cutting everything ourselves by hand from select full grain veg-tanned double shoulder cowhides, and we dye everything by hand. Currently we are also hand-stitching many items but also just acquired an industrial leather sewing machine to free up more time for the creative process. By default we will choose a compatible thread color for all stitching, but if you would like a contrasting color, just let us know.

All items are coated with many coats of shiny waterproofing finish so they will last for years and look gorgeous. We recommend Lexol Neatsfoot Oil to maintain leather that will be subjected to a lot of outdoor usage. Despite our use of top finishes, the veg-tanned leather we use is not waterproof and will discolor if it gets wet, so try to avoid water as much as possible.

Turnaround time from placement of order to shipment is normally 1 week, but can USUALLY be expedited to 2 days with payment of $25 rush fee... unless I'm off flying my Mooney somewhere.
